DALLAS - Devlin Granberg hit a go-ahead, 2-run home run in the fifth inning and Dallas Baptist (33-18, 13-5 MVC) completed a Missouri Valley Conference baseball sweep with a 7-3 victory versus Bradley (19-28, 5-13 MVC) Sunday afternoon at Horner Ballpark.

Austin Listi was 2-for-2 with a 2-run home run in the first inning and Tim Millard added a 2-run blast in the sixth for the Patriots, who scored three in the sixth to build a 7-2 lead.

The Braves tried to rally in the ninth behind a trio of substitutes.  After DH Derek Bangert walked, pinch hitter Zach Fairchild singled and pinch hitter Nick Green followed with his first career double to plate pinch runner Christian Dominguez.

Closer Seth Elledge recovered to strike out Jean-Francois Garon and induce a game-ending ground out from Andy Shadid.

Ian Kristan led Bradley's 9-hit attack by going 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored.

Bradley will close out the regular season by hosting Southern Illinois in a 3-game series Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Dozer Park.  With the Peoria Chiefs also hosting home games next week, all three games in the Bradley-Southern Illinois series will start at 11 a.m.
