Bradley University Athletics

Amanda Beam is a senior nursing student at Bradley University from Rockford, Illinois. During her time in college, she has participated in Pi Beta Phi Sorority and the Multicultural Nursing Student Group. Bradley's nursing department has allowed her to gain over 500 hours worth of clinical experience on various different units. Last summer she completed a 10 weeklong internship at OSF St. Francis on the Neonatal Intermediate Care floor. Amanda had an amazing time on the unit learning about caring for the patients and their families. She hopes to begin her nursing career there after taking the NCLEX.
