Mia Ganaden is the current president of the Bradley Nursing Student Association and previously was the Junior Publicity Chair. She is the Social Media chair for the weightlifting club Get Big Stay Big, the Vice President of Recruitment and Marketing of 2023 of Kappa Delta, and she is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the Nursing Honors Society at Bradley. This past summer, Mia was a Summer Nurse Intern at OSF's Almost Home Kids and have now transitioned into being a Patient Care Technician or CNA. Especially at Almost Home Kids, she has been able to learn about how to care for a pediatric population with complex medical needs which has enhanced my skills in patient care. After graduation, she plans to work at a hospital near home, hopefully in Chicago, as an Emergency Department or Pediatric Nurse.
